Our purpose is to help more people and families move toward what is possible.
By listening first and working alongside trusted organizations already rooted in their communities, we help connect the relationships, resources, and opportunities that can open doors, strengthen momentum, and create new pathways forward.

For DeMeco and Jamila Ryans, giving back is deeply personal—but it is also deeply intentional.
Their approach is shaped by the way they naturally see the world.
DeMeco is driven by stewardship. He believes that every resource, relationship, opportunity, and platform entrusted to their family carries a responsibility to be used wisely and with purpose. His instinct is to ask: How can we make the greatest possible impact with what we have?
Jamila brings a deeply compassionate and faith-filled perspective. She has always been drawn to people—their stories, their needs, and the possibility that one act of care, one connection, or one opportunity can change what comes next. Her instinct is to ask: Who can we help, and how can we show up in a meaningful way?
Together, those perspectives shape the way RFF operates.
Compassion helps us see the opportunity. Stewardship helps us respond with intention. Faith keeps us grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible.
